How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does delivery take?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Nexa Tech products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranty options may be available.
