International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination:
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- North America: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–18 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
