Refund Policy

At Nexa Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items are non-returnable, including digital products, software licences, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@nexatech.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nexatech.com.
